How We Support Clients
Step 1 – Contact Us
Contact our clinic or ask your Support at Home provider or care coordinator to get in touch.
Step 2 – Initial Assessment
We'll discuss your health concerns, mobility, medical history and treatment goals before developing an individualised treatment plan.
Step 3 – Personalised Treatment
Treatment may include acupuncture, remedial massage, or a combination of therapies, depending on your needs.

Step 4 – Ongoing Care
We monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed to help support comfort, mobility and wellbeing.

Funding & Referrals
If you are receiving Support at Home services, access to acupuncture or remedial massage will depend on your individual care plan and your service provider's approval.
We welcome referrals from Support at Home providers, care coordinators, case managers, family members, and self-referring clients.
